There really is a lot to love about this ep. Firstly, I think it nicely highlights both Dylan and Spencer’s noise talents and subtleties. The layers are rich, there is lots of control, and some of it is just downright catchy. Secondly, I really like this juxtaposed to Gears Clogged with Blood and Honey. Some of that same feral energy is here, but conveyed in, to me, far more melodic ways. It is good music. So just buy it. You won’t be disappointed.
